Back Stage Pass: Take a Peek at Framestore, L.A.July 9, 2013
We’re a little bit in love with the brand new home of the Los Angeles operation of Framestore, the Oscar-winning visual effects company that uses innovative talent and technology to create high end images, like those used in commercials (including the globally acclaimed Pepsi Beyoncé “Mirrors”).
One of the reasons we love this sparkling new office space is that while many companies in the visual effects industry are flocking overseas to save a dime, Framestore is blazing a trail with its expansion to LA.
The space is a specially designed spacious studio in Culver City, CA, featuring beautiful, open/multi-level workspaces that are meant to inspire awe and creativity.
It includes paned glass walls, hardwood floors, open staircases, visible bright yellow beams, simplistically furnished lounge areas, and a high-end marble and wood kitchen – all exuding a modern-yet-homey elegance.
The space also has state-of-the-art production suites, studios and design suites incorporating all of the latest technologies.
Framestore partners with clients ranging from Hollywood studios through to advertisers, ad agencies, production companies and video game developers. More recently the company has made its name as an innovator in the digital space by focusing on the immersive engagement potential of interactive visual effects.
We applaud them for being an innovator in office design.
Hope you enjoyed the sneak peak of Framestore’s new L.A. office.
